What is the warranty for your products?

1. Our Warranty Policy does not limit any rights and remedies that may be available under the Australian Consumer Law for any product sold through the Dirt-Quad Bikes Platform.
2. Dirt-Quad Bikes generally offers a 12-month warranty on most products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with an extended warranty for your peace of mind. Some products do come with a 3-month warranty. Please do refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
3. A warranty claim will not be accepted if the fault or damage is due to:
   1. The wear and tear of normal use.
   2. A product that has been improperly assembled or modified.
   3. A product that has been misused or abused.
   4. Wear and tear caused by inadequate maintenance or care (e.g. fabric, leather, wood) or damage as a result of improper use
   5. Only external product packaging is damaged.
4. Warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may take the following measures, depending on the type of damage:
   1. Send missing parts (if applicable).
   2. Suggest a method of self-repair (if applicable).
   3. Replace the product (subject to availability & if can’t be fix).
   4. Offer an alternative product; or
   5. Offer a partial or full credit voucher or refund, as applicable.
